About the Hyundai Tucson

The Hyundai Tucson is a mid-sized SUV now in its fourth generation, with the current model having launched in Australia in 2021. It blends striking exterior design with a more restrained interior that deliver class-leading space, and is offered in three trim levels. Three engines are available: a 2.0-litre four-cylinder, a 1.6-litre turbo four, and a 2.0-litre turbo diesel.

Hyundai’s Tucson drives the front wheels in the base grades, with all-wheel drive reserved for mid-spec Elite and above. Three transmissions are spread across the range: 6- and 8-speed automatics, as well as a 7-speed dual-clutch paired with the turbo-petrol engine.

Official combined fuel consumption is between 6.3L/100km and 8.1L/100km, depending on engine choice.

All versions can be optioned with an N Line styling package that adds 19-inch wheels, more aggressive front and rear bumpers, side skirts, a skid plate and LED lights.
